Two Ways To Open
Lowering the shade from the top opens the upper third of the window to sky light while the lower glass stays covered. Raising from the bottom does the reverse. Ordered for an inside mount the panel finishes 3/8 in narrower than the width given, so measurements are taken at the recess and used exactly. Where a frame is too shallow, an outside mount with 2 to 6 in added on each dimension covers the whole opening.
