Measuring, mount type, blackout versus room-darkening, which shade suits a window that is out of square — those are ours and we answer them properly. Anything attached to an order — payment, tracking, a return, a damage claim — belongs to the retail partner you bought from, and only they can act on it. Ask them through the order in your account there. We have no view of it and no way to move it along, so the honest answer is to send you straight to the people who can.
