30-Day Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll send simple return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided guidance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different color? Let us know and we’ll help arrange an exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shade arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
