UNISHADES
Who actually moves the box, how long it takes and what to do when it is late.
UNISHADES designs the shades and has them built. Everything downstream of that — the warehouse shelf, the checkout page, the card payment, the truck — runs on our retail and fulfillment partners. Your order is picked at whichever partner facility is closest to your address and stays inside that partner chain until it reaches your door. We never handle your card details and we do not print the shipping label.
Partner centers pack within one to two business days. Shades ship in a long narrow carton rather than a square box, so a single 72-inch blind arrives looking like a curtain rod. The mounting brackets, screws and wand come in a small bag taped inside one end of that carton — open it fully before you decide hardware is missing, because that bag is the most common thing people throw out with the packaging.
| Method | Estimated Delivery | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 3–7 business days | Free over $35 through the partner network |
| Expedited | 2–3 business days | Calculated at partner checkout |
| Express | 1–2 business days | Calculated at partner checkout |
Which carrier ends up with the carton depends on the service you pick at the partner checkout. These windows start when the box leaves the warehouse, so add the packing days if the shades have to be up before guests arrive.
The tracking number reaches your inbox as soon as the partner prints the label. Carrier pages only wake up at the first physical scan, which can be several hours later. A link showing nothing on the first evening almost always means the carton is sitting in a pickup bin, not that it went missing.
All 50 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes land at the far end of the estimate. Long cartons occasionally travel on a different truck than small parcels, so an order of four blinds plus a valance can arrive as two deliveries on two days, each with its own tracking number.
This goes to the retail partner, like everything else after checkout. Open the order in your account there and use its delivery support: the partner can read the carrier scans, file the claim and decide between a reshipment and a refund. We cannot. The order was never ours, a tracking number means nothing in our hands, and we have no standing to open a case on a shipment we do not appear on — sending a late carton through us would only cost you a day.
